Kick Off meeting – 15-18/12/2017 in Duress, Albania

Firstly, the NGO “IUVENTA” and the whole project team welcome you to take part in the Kick Off Meeting as first activity of our project. In aim to share all details, also to agree about it and prepare ourselves for project dynamic and activities, we start with kick off meeting.

Kick off meeting is first activity in this project. Aim is to introduce all foreseen project activities and dynamics, to make plane for future activity, to define required participants and agendas, to agree and share tasks for all involved partners, to establish deadlines, to make Dissemination and Visibility Plan for all project duration, Discussion about SWOT-analysis and risk elimination; to discuss about budget.
